Job Summary
Lead from the front by proactively selling SumUp's POS and card readers. Build and manage a team of 10–15 self-employed commission-based Field Sales Representatives. Scale operations by launching and growing the company’s presence across multiple cities. Set and monitor performance goals, improve sales conversion, and team output. Represent the brand as a local expert while collaborating with HQ teams for strategic insights. The role requires a strong background in field sales, team management, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
