Job Summary
The Field Sales Support Specialist will focus on supporting the Territory Manager in non-selling functions, including reading, reporting, and managing contractor communications. Responsibilities include utilizing CRM software, managing project forms, and participating in meetings. The role demands strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to analyze data. A Bachelor's Degree and over 2 years of relevant experience are preferred, with a necessary valid driver's license for field visits.
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in communication (oral and written), organization, and time management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of sales processes and procedures
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits as required
- Previous experience in sales or sales administration is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent
- Salesforce experience
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to physically transport samples case and literature to customers (approximately 40 lbs.)
