Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative responsible for acquiring new residential customers, conducting consultative needs analyses, presenting compelling sales proposals, completing required sales documentation, and achieving monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services. Role involves spending ~90% outdoors in various weather, with minimal office time, traveling to and from territories, and working evenings/weekends as needed. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build customer relationships, and a proactive sales drive. Compensation includes a base salary with incentives and potential total earnings over $100,000 annually; Spectrum offers benefits such as free/discounted services. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
