Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for Spectrum specializing in field sales across residential customers in assigned territories, with 90% outdoor work and minimal office time. Responsibilities include acquiring new residential customers through assigned leads, conducting consultative needs analyses, presenting sales proposals, completing sales documentation (dispositioning, order entry, reporting), participating in sales meetings and training, achieving monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services, and monitoring competitive activity. Requires travel to and from territories, strong English communication, ability to work evenings/weekends, and a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle. Compensation includes a base salary plus incentives that can exceed $100,000 annually. Spectrum is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, acceptable driving record, and use of a personal vehicle
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of telecommunications products/solutions a plus
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
