Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative at Spectrum to acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads, perform consultative needs analyses, present compelling sales proposals, and complete required sales documentation. Travel across assigned territories, predominantly outdoors, with face-to-face interactions to sell Spectrum’s high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, ability to work evenings/weekends, and a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle. Strong interpersonal, listening, and needs-based selling skills, plus the ability to travel and endure various weather conditions. Base pay plus incentives with potential total compensation over $100,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently
