Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative at Spectrum drives growth by acquiring new residential customers through face-to-face interactions, conducting needs analyses, presenting tailored sales proposals, and completing all required sales documentation. The role emphasizes extensive outdoor activity (approximately 90% time outdoors), travel to and from assigned territories, meeting monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services, and maintaining engaging customer relationships while leveraging Spectrum incentives and potential total compensation over $100,000 annually. Travel and working evenings/weekends are expected, with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories
- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred (2+ years)
- Comfort with traveling to assigned territories and representing Spectrum
