Field Sales Specialist

As a Field Sales Specialist for Wolt in Almaty, you’ll spearhead expansion of the restaurant and retail portfolio, identify and secure new partnerships, manage a pipeline of opportunities, negotiate profitable terms with venues, and collaborate across departments to drive growth. You’ll need strong B2B/B2C selling skills, a hunter mindset, relationship-building ability, and fluency in Kazakh and Russian (English a plus). The role emphasizes ownership, ambition, and the ability to secure meetings with business owners in a dynamic, international team. Location-based responsibilities include developing opportunities within Almaty and surrounding markets, negotiating terms, and contributing to Wolt’s growth trajectory in Kazakhstan.
