Job Summary
Field Sales Specialist for the Reno region responsible for end-to-end territory ownership. You’ll build relationships with kitchen owners, GMs, and operators, generate and follow through on leads (cold calls, walk-ins, networking), and personally install refrigeration gaskets, oven seals, and related hardware from first contact to final installation. Maintain a proactive pipeline in CRM, provide honest weekly updates to the owner, and grow accounts by anticipating customer needs. Requires hands-on installation ability, a listen-first approach, initiative, and dependable execution. Compensation includes base salary ($2,500–$3,500/month) plus uncapped commissions and incentives, totaling $100,000+ annual target, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement, car/fuel allowance, and onboarding support. Remote work option noted; location focus in Sparks, NV with field-based schedule in Reno-Sparks area.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in related field preferred
- Hands-on capability with tools for installations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
