Job Summary
Field Sales Specialist needed in the Greater Toronto Area (Brampton/Mississauga) to sell Rogers home services (Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone) directly to customers at their homes through door-to-door outreach. Responsibilities include selling products to residential customers, acting on provided leads, generating new sales in the assigned territory, representing Rogers in the field and at events, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring post-sales support, and upholding safety and the Rogers Business Code of Conduct. Requirements include proven sales capability, strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation skills, and availability for flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle; pre-employment background checks are conducted, with potential provincial licensing for security work in certain areas. Travel up to 75% may be required; in-person, field-based role in Brampton, ON.
