Job Summary
FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE responsibilities include defining markets and identifying new customers within the assigned sales territory, developing strategies and key relationships to support solution selling, maintaining customer satisfaction across supply chain management and value-added services, and promoting Arrow offerings. The role requires experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical/engineering environment, deep knowledge of pricing programs and models in electronics, and the ability to develop strategic plans for accounts, prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), and lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities. The position entails promoting value-added, supply chain, and full life cycle programs, and proficiency with sales tracking systems (SalesForce.com, Oracle). The role includes alignment to a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals and building relationships with key suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience
