Job Summary
Assess properties to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying, then identify and sell opportunities to mitigate water damage for residential and commercial clients. Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water-related issues. Leverage established pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair or replacement options and close sales. Maintain IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician certifications while serving as a trusted information resource for customers. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and knowledge of common software programs.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license

- Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Water Restoration and practices
- Organized self-starter
- Outgoing personality
- A Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel
- Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services
- Maintains IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification in Water Damage Restoration
- Maintains Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification in Water Damage Restoration
- Medically cleared to wear a respirator
- Ability to complete a respirator fit test
