Job Summary
Assess properties to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying, then identify and sell opportunities to mitigate water damage to residential and commercial markets. Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water-related issues while leveraging established pricing matrices and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales. Maintain IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician certifications and wear a respirator as medically cleared. This role offers weekly base pay plus commission with unlimited earnings averaging $80,000-$120,000, mileage reimbursement, and flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. All leads are provided with no cold calls required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable background check per company standards
- Exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Water Restoration and practices
- Organized self-starter
- Outgoing personality
- Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel
- Working knowledge of Roto-Rooter specific computer programs
- Medical clearance to wear a respirator
- Ability to complete a respirator fit test
- IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification
- Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification
Desired Qualifications
