Job Summary
Identify and sell water restoration opportunities to residential and commercial clients by performing on-site assessments to determine moisture levels and repair needs. Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water-related issues while leveraging established pricing matrices and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes. Close sales effectively by acting as a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers, utilizing common software programs and company-specific tools. Maintain IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician certifications, possess a valid driver's license, and be medically cleared for respirator use. Thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license

- Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Water Restoration and practices
- Organized self-starter
- Outgoing personality
- A Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel
- Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services
- Maintains IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification in Water Damage Restoration
- Maintains Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification in Water Damage Restoration
- Medically cleared to wear a respirator
- Ability to complete a respirator fit test
