Job Summary
Field Sales Representatives will call on medical specialties (e.g., Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease) to promote and educate on diagnostic product portfolios, assess client needs, and develop/manage a territory plan to achieve or exceed targets. The role requires engaging with training and sales tools, maintaining regular communication with clinical staff, and residing in the territory with frequent travel within SLO, SB and Northern LA. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 6+ months of Diagnostics sales to providers, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel are required. The position offers a base salary range of $70,000-$90,000 plus uncapped quarterly bonuses with potential first- and second-year target earnings between $130,000-$150,000 and above, respectively. The employer emphasizes competitive, performance-based compensation and comprehensive benefits; sponsorship for work visas is not available. Special note: territory coverage includes San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred, High School diploma required
- 6+ months minimum of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle available for business use
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed
- Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring
