Job Summary
Field Sales Representative for Vanta Diagnostics focused on promoting our portfolio to medical specialties including Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, and Infectious Disease. Drive and manage a territory with ongoing training, use of sales tools, and management guidance to achieve targeted goals, maintain relationships with staff in offices or healthcare facilities, and travel frequently within the assigned territory. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 6+ months of diagnostics sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel. Compensation includes an annual base of $70,000-$90,000 plus uncapped quarterly bonus with first- and second-year earning potential outlined, plus comprehensive benefits. This role is remote-based in Spokane with nationwide travel and requires eligibility to work in the United States and no visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred
- 6+ months minimum of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers
- Strong long-term relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle for business use
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel
- Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring
- Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
