Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service while showcasing TTI's premier product lines at The Home Depot. Build strong relationships with customers and business partners, conducting in-store training and demos for store staff. Drive new business through effective merchandising and promotions, managing inventory with the retail partner to ensure availability. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition while exceeding performance metrics and sales targets. Participate in TTI's Leadership Development Program to build new skills. This full-time permanent role offers an annual base salary of $52,000 with merit increases, a company vehicle, and iPhone and laptop. Candidates require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, retail sales experience, and a valid Canadian driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales, field sales and/or customer service
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Legal authorization to work full-time in Canada
- Valid full provincial driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and reach overhead
