Job Summary
Partner with The Home Depot management teams to develop and execute sales growth plans while cultivating multi-family, residential, hospitality, and government customers. Engage store staff to uncover opportunities for introducing Pittsburgh Paints products, utilizing a CRM to increase sales growth of PRO accounts. Analyze territory performance reports to create strategic business plans and identify in-store selling opportunities for wing stacks, bulk stacks, and end caps. Ensure the automatic replenishment system supplies product accurately by performing cycle counts and maintaining color centers and shelf maintenance. Report to the Regional Manager in the Fort Myers, FL territory on a 45-hour work week with base salary and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
