Job Summary
Field Sales Representative in Didcot focusing on door-to-door broadband sign-ups, owning a personal sales pipeline, and achieving targets. You’ll be out in the community engaging residents to switch to broadband, drive conversions in person, manage relationships locally, and work autonomously to meet and exceed performance goals. The role includes a basic salary (£25,000) plus uncapped commission with an OTE (£50K), a vehicle allowance (£250/month), phone allowance, and comprehensive benefits. You will need a full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, and prior face-to-face sales experience is preferred. Training and development are provided as part of onboarding, with opportunities to progress in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
