Job Summary
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling company products and services to assigned customers in the Orange County market, focusing on creating, defending, and penetrating sales. Key responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, pursuing new business, and facilitating follow-through on the sales cycle. You must possess a thorough understanding of sales processes, products, and vendor relationships, alongside exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant field sales experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and travel frequently.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of field sales experience, preferably in component sales and/or engineering
- Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record
- Ability to travel at least 50%
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills
