Job Summary
Field Sales Representative for Ridwell's inaugural Door-to-Door Sales team. Responsibilities include direct door-to-door sales within assigned neighborhoods, engaging homeowners with Ridwell’s mission and services, and consistently meeting weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions using company tools, provide progress updates to supervisors, and collaborate in team meetings. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of direct sales experience, strong verbal communication, independence, adaptability, attention to detail, and a passion for environmental sustainability. Part-time role (25 hours/week) covering Marin/North Bay, East Bay, South Bay, and Peninsula—with compensation at $20/hour plus commission and total earnings of $37.50/hour for quota-met reps. Requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods; a mobile smartphone and reliable transportation are required (driver’s license strongly preferred).
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven success in door-to-door or direct sales

- ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve targets
- flexibility to work in part-time shifts (2-7pm weekdays; 10-3 weekends)
