Job Summary
Educate customers on financial product features and benefits while understanding their needs to make appropriate recommendations. Offer exceptional advice, drive sales and brand advocacy, and create excitement around the product offering by acting as a subject matter expert. Provide expectational customer service, maintain confidentiality with customer information, and build positive relationships with store personnel. Use creative approaches to engage customers and share product benefits. Flexible schedule available Mon-Sun between 10am-8pm with permanent PT or FT opportunities. Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications
- 1yr plus experience in sales in a financial or retail
- Comfortable with sales targets
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting with people
- Talent for acquiring new customers
- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening
- Communication skills
- High level of integrity
- Accountability
- Comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license
