Field Sales Representative Pediatrics (Bangalore)

Job Summary
Plan and execute daily field visits to hospitals, clinics, and NICUs across Bangalore to meet neonatologists, pediatricians, and hospital procurement staff. Conduct in-person product demonstrations of BEMPU's neonatal devices, clearly explaining clinical benefits and proper usage. Build strong, lasting relationships with key doctors and hospital decision-makers while identifying and qualifying new accounts. Coordinate with Inside Sales to hand off warm leads and ensure smooth customer onboarding. Maintain a territory coverage plan, log all visits and outcomes in the CRM, and report market intelligence including competitor activity and pricing feedback. Attend relevant medical conferences, CMEs, and exhibitions to represent BEMPU.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of field sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or healthcare context
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to manage your own schedule and territory
- Good spoken English
- Good Kannada
- Basic proficiency with CRM or field reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel for conferences, demos, as required
