Job Summary
Field Sales Representative in Northeast Nebraska focused on growing FMC’s footprint in the region. Responsible for managing and developing customer and distributor/retail accounts, building account plans, negotiating to meet sales targets and margins, preparing sales materials and reports, forecasting customer needs, gathering market intelligence, and coordinating with cross-functional teams (technical, supply chain) to deliver value-added service. Mentors and leads neighboring territory sales reps and operates within a territory-focused, data-driven sales approach. Requires 50% travel to service territory; strong collaboration with national accounts and senior stakeholders. A Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or related Life Science and 10+ years of sales experience, along with proficiency in CRM systems, are required; experience with value selling, agronomics, and complex project execution is highly valued.
