Job Summary
Field Sales Representative (FSR) will drive product availability, visibility, and execution across large and small format accounts in-market. The role focuses on building relationships with store-level decision-makers and distribution partners, ensuring products are on-shelf with proper signage, and expanding displays and sampling initiatives. You’ll manage a route averaging eight accounts per day, use CRM tools (REPSLY) to log visits and KPIs, and submit expense reports via Concur. Requires self-motivation, strong organization, and in-market presence in Houston with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Compensation includes base salary ($55,000–$60,000), 10% bonus, auto and communication allowances, plus wellness benefits. This is a 7-month assignment with potential placement on another opportunity within the network.
