Field Sales Representative - Kent

Job Summary
Field Sales Representative for Kent territory in independent pharmacies. Responsible for calling on independent pharmacy customers bi-monthly to sell, educate and provide point-of-sale material; establish and maintain relationships with pharmacy owners and staff; achieve sales objectives across order targets, distribution, POS, detailing, and merchandising; manage diary and plan visits using planning software; educate staff on product features and benefits to encourage product recommendations; ensure compliance with policies; maintain regular communication with management and sales support; record activity in CRM; identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory; perform other tasks as directed by the manager. Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience (preferably FMCG/Health & Beauty), knowledge of the independent pharmacy sector, CRM proficiency, strong communication skills, ability to meet KPIs, good time management, and industry knowledge to address objections. Benefits include £30K base salary, £5K commission, company car with fuel card, 8% pension, laptop/phone/tablet, and remote working in Kent.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within FMCG or Health & Beauty sectors
- Knowledge of the independent pharmacy industry
- Experience with CRM systems
- Good standard of education
- Strong communication skills to confidently present product features and benefits at all levels
- Ability to analyse and manage sales targets, ensuring KPIs are met
- Effective time management skills
- Competency in using CRM systems for territory analysis and sales recommendations
- In-depth knowledge of the industry to anticipate and address potential challenges or objections
