Job Summary
In-Home Field Sales Representatives meet with homeowners, run pre-set appointments, and guide clients through home improvement projects. You’ll present products, help customers move forward with solutions, and close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach. You’ll work with pre-qualified appointments, receive strong training and support, manage your schedule and territory, take basic measurements, and follow up on leads to build trust and deliver a great customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- No industry experience required — backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or entry-level sales tend to do very well in this role.
