Job Summary
Conduct daily product sample installations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain display appearance in retail stores. Travel to assigned store locations to share sales techniques, key product features, and sales data with associates while performing group Product Knowledge training. Log store activities in Salesforce and ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving problems and delivering quality service. Maintain company property including cellphones, computers, and tools. Requires valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and ability to lift 15 to 20 lbs. Reimbursement provided for mileage and travel expenses.
