Job Summary
Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to identify root interruption or breakage and sell repair and replacement solutions to residential and commercial properties. Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing solutions and leverage established pricing matrices to provide competitive quotes. Close sales while serving as a trusted information resource for customers, utilizing handheld telecommunication devices and commercial software packages. Requires a valid driver's license, background check, and ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Offers unlimited earnings with an average of $55,000-$75,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license
- Acceptable background check per company standards
- Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to use handheld telecommunication devices
- Understanding of commercial software packages such as Word and Excel
- Ability to use Roto-Rooter computer systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Organized self-starter

- Outside sales experience in in-home services
