Job Summary
Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to identify root interruptions or breakage requiring repair or replacement for residential and commercial properties. Identify and sell sewer line solutions while leveraging established pricing matrices and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales. Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing solutions. Maintain a valid driver's license and use handheld telecommunication devices and commercial software packages including Roto-Rooter systems. Thrive in a fast-paced environment working flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Unlimited earnings with an average of $65,000-$80,000 per year plus weekly base pay, commission, and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license
- Acceptable background check per company standards
- Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to use handheld telecommunication devices
- Understanding of commercial software packages such as Word and Excel
- Ability to use Roto-Rooter computer systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Organized self-starter
- Outgoing personality
