Job Summary
Field Sales Representative II responsible for engaging customers in Minneapolis, MN and Kansas City, KS markets to create demand for suppliers’ products. Define markets and develop key relationships, plan strategy, and lead solution selling; maintain customer satisfaction related to supply chain and value-added services; promote and sell full life cycle programs and provide strategic plans, iQBRs, and regular business reviews to unlock additional sales opportunities. Requires experience in a technical/engineering environment, proficiency with sales tracking systems (SalesForce.com, Oracle), and ability to work within an OTE-based compensation plan in a fully remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a 4 year degree
- minimum of 5 years of related experience
- experience in RF/Microwave and power electronics semiconductors and IP&E sales is a key advantage
- experience with design engineers and vendor/customer interactions
