Job Summary
Manage the overall account relationship with the assigned customer base, aiming to maximize margins and market share while driving value-added solution selling. Collaborate with internal and external resources to assist with quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineering support, and Troubleshooting customer problems. Serve as the key liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term business partnerships for Arrow. Drive Sales Excellence through development and management of customer strategy in the assigned account territory, with thorough knowledge of supply chain engagements such as e-Compass, Consignments, CARES; identify and capture opportunities through synergistic products like White Space Report and PEMCO Mix.
