Job Summary
As a Field Sales Representative, you will conduct daily in-person outreach to high-risk patients, educating them about Monogram Health's services and facilitating home visits. The role requires completing at least 15 home visits daily while driving a designated territory and meeting sales targets. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a hunter mentality, and be comfortable with door-to-door outreach. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are mandatory, and flexibility and independence are crucial for success.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Field Sales Rep, SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or similar is helpful but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of self-motivation and independence
- Results-driven, with a hunter mentality
- Ability to adapt to different customer types and field scenarios
- Tech-savvy enough to manage CRM updates, email follow-ups, and basic reporting
