Job Summary
Field Sales Representative with Brightspeed, responsible for initiating sales across multiple product lines, identifying customer needs, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Maintains CRM-driven reporting, develops new and penetrated accounts, builds relationships with key decision makers, delivers persuasive media presentations, and advances sales goals through strategic marketing, tactical sales, and key account management. Must reside in SW Missouri and operate in a hybrid setup.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years previous field sales experience
- Knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and approaches
