Job Summary
Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in the field, delivering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to existing customers. Close deals by offering customized white glove experiences and utilizing strong negotiation skills to pivot smoothly and make the sale. Achieve sales targets through upselling techniques that enhance customer value, supported by paid training, coaching, and mentoring. Maintain a valid driver's license for company vehicle use while working a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- outside sales experience
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
