Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in the field, delivering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to existing customers. Close deals by offering customized white glove experiences and issue resolutions while utilizing strong negotiation and upselling techniques. Maintain a valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle for official business use, working a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Achieve sales targets with uncapped commission potential, supported by paid training and ongoing coaching.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- Outside sales experience
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license
