Job Summary
Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to close deals. Deliver customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer's home while engaging with existing customers daily. Use strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and make the sale, supported by paid training and ongoing coaching. Maintain a valid driver's license for official business use in a company vehicle, working a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Achieve sales targets with uncapped commission potential up to $100,000.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- outside sales experience
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license
