Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in Midland or Odessa, delivering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to existing customers. Close deals by offering customized white glove experiences, utilizing strong negotiation skills to pivot smoothly and achieve uncapped commission targets. Maintain a valid driver's license for company vehicle use while working a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires 1+ years of commission sales experience with demonstrated success in hitting targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license
- Must be hired for a Midland/Odessa location
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must successfully complete a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
