Job Summary
Field Sales Representative responsible for in-home, hands-on demonstrations and personalized sales interactions with customers in scheduled appointments in the Colorado market. Must develop relationships, upsell services, and achieve sales targets with uncapped commissions. Paid training provided; role involves fieldwork, driving a company vehicle, and working a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Successful candidates will use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals, deliver white-glove experiences, and ensure customer satisfaction across AT&T products and services.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience required
- outside sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Maintain a valid driver's license—be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only
