Job Summary
Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, delivering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to existing customers. Close deals by offering customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer's home while resolving issues and upselling services. Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport and achieve sales targets, supported by paid training and ongoing coaching. Maintain a valid driver's license for company vehicle use during a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license
- Must be hired for a San Ramon, CA location
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must successfully complete a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
