Job Summary
Field Sales Representative for AT&T responsible for delivering personalized in-home sales experiences, closing deals through hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments, and driving customer value through upselling and product education. Works independently with scheduled appointments, achieving sales targets in a role with uncapped commission potential. Requires ability to travel in the field, drive a company vehicle, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- outside sales experience highly preferred
- valid driver’s license
- drive to meet customers on their timeline including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
- strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- maintain a background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
