Job Summary
Field Sales Representative responsible for in-home customer engagements, delivering personalized sales experiences for AT&T, with uncapped commission potential and a salary range down to $60,530 up to $100,000 depending on geography, experience, and performance. The role involves making scheduled appointments, conducting hands-on demos and tech/service delivery, upselling to increase customer value, and driving customer satisfaction. Training is provided; successful candidates work independently in the field with a company vehicle, travel to customer locations, and operate on a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- outside sales experience highly preferred
- valid driver’s license
- background check and drug screening
