Job Summary
AT&T Field Sales Representative role involves delivering personalized, in-home sales experiences with uncapped commission potential. You will engage warm prospects through scheduled appointments, perform hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments, handle tech delivery and issue resolutions, and maintain strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve sales targets. The position requires driving to various Utah locations, working a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays, and representing AT&T in customer interactions with a focus on customer service and upselling opportunities. Training is provided, and a company vehicle is available for official business use.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- outside sales experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- ability to drive and work independently in the field
- background check and drug screening required
