Job Summary
Drive growth of ActivStyle's premium product lines through a hybrid inside/outside sales model, combining remote outreach with in-person visits to Assisted Living facilities and Group Homes. Build consultative relationships with administrators, clinicians, and caretakers to promote Medicaid-reimbursed products, identify new business opportunities, and deliver product education and technical support. Conduct daily sales calls to establish new and maintain ongoing business with referral sources, while managing existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to clinicians, caretakers, and patients, and collaborate with intake and customer service teams to process orders. Generate a steady stream of referrals and sell all offered services to meet sales quotas, maintaining accurate records of activities in CRM systems. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and industry regulations while participating in team meetings and completing required compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in home medical equipment or supply sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel locally/regionally for client meetings and events
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Mental alertness and ability to properly treat confidential information
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds as needed
- Physical and mental ability to provide clinical assessments
- Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
- 3+ years of HME, Infusion, Diabetes, Wound Care, or Incontinence experience
- Prior work experience in the HME, Diabetic, or Wound Supply industry
