Job Summary
Full-time remote Field Sales Rep for Cycling Frog and Lazarus Naturals located in North Jersey. Responsibilities include identifying and securing new sales opportunities, promoting Cycling Frog’s product lines, building relationships with 100+ dispensaries, developing account strategies, forecasting bottom-up sales, coordinating with distributor and fulfillment, leading local dispensary chain sales, and executing in-store brand presentations and promotions. Daily duties include visiting 40-50 accounts per week, building proof of concept, and reporting in-store metrics across VIP/Karma, Distru, Headset, and Bridge Nexus. Requires ability to travel within the dispensary channel, educate budtenders and staff, conduct in-store and event samplings, and collaborate with Sales leadership and Brand teams to drive market-specific plans.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and account management
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, as well as presentation delivery
- Time management and organizational skills for independently managing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in VIP-CRM tools and sales software; familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Must have independent transportation
