Job Summary
Field Sales Rep responsible for building distributor relationships, securing new accounts across retail/on-premise channels (restaurants, bars, event venues, hotels), executing high-impact demos to boost brand visibility for a new THC beverage, and driving revenue targets within the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Key duties include managing distributor partnerships, coordinating events and samplings, expanding footprint in hospitality sectors, planning market strategies, and providing market insights to maintain competitive advantage. Must be able to work independently, travel as needed, and uphold brand standards while representing Cornbread Hemp in the local market.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales, account management, or market management
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Must reside within Minneapolis/St. Paul area
