Field Sales Rep - Compounding & Longevity

Job Summary
Independent field-based sales representative to grow Southend Pharmacy's provider network across the U.S., promoting longevity medication portfolio to medspas, longevity clinics, wellness practices, and independent providers. This commission-only, part-time W2 role requires experienced healthcare sales professionals with established provider relationships. Responsibilities include direct face-to-face outreach to providers, building and maintaining provider accounts, driving new account adoption, staying informed on market trends and regulatory requirements, and completing onboarding and ongoing product education. Key skills include healthcare sales experience, relationship-building, independent work ethic, time/territory management, and strong communication. The position emphasizes autonomy, field-based travel, and adherence to training programs. Salary is commission-based with 18% gross profit commission and no salary minimums or tiers; visa sponsorship is not provided. Location flexibility includes remote work with encouraged bases in Minneapolis, MN; Portland, OR; Philadelphia, PA; or Atlanta, GA, and open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in healthcare sales
- Established provider relationships in your market
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time and territory
- Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 15–20 hours per week
- Commitment to completing and maintaining Southend's training program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
