Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle sales execution by prospecting, managing accounts, and delivering consultative support to coaches and program leaders across schools, clubs, and community organizations. Generate revenue by identifying growth opportunities, expanding multi-sport penetration, and utilizing CRM tools and data insights to drive new business and meet targets. Manage your account list and travel 2-5 days weekly within your assigned territory in Germantown, MD, handling evenings and weekends as customer needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in/near Germantown, MD 20874 full-time
- Must live and travel 2-5 days per week in the territory
- Must be available for evenings and weekends
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Must demonstrate a high level of self-direction and autonomy
- Must possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have auto insurance
- Must have a satisfactory driving record
- Must have Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and CRM
- Must have 3+ years' business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
