Job Summary
Field Sales Professional will provide consultative, territory-focused sales support to schools, clubs, youth programs, YMCA organizations, and other community-based athletic programs within the assigned territory. You will drive full-cycle sales—from proactive prospecting and lead generation to account management and post-sale service—while leveraging CRM tools and data insights to identify growth opportunities, expand multi-sport penetration, and build a strong pipeline of new business. Expect in-person engagement and travel within the territory (2-5+ days per week) with a hybrid work environment that includes a home office, schools, community events, and on-site visits. The role requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience or a coaching/sports background, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM usage.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports-related background
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience but a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
