Job Summary
Field Sales Pro responsible for full-cycle sales within an assigned territory, delivering consultative service to schools, clubs, and youth programs. Drive revenue by prospecting, lead generation, account management, and post-sale service; leverage CRM tools and data insights; travel 2–5+ days per week within the territory; hybrid work between home office and field locations (schools/communities). Requires 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (or coaching/sports background), associates degree or equivalent (bachelor’s preferred), strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports-related background
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience but a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
