Job Summary
Field Sales & Marketing Representative in Houston, TX, responsible for driving B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot, delivering in-store demos and promotions, supporting brand marketing initiatives, optimizing merchandising and product placement, and leveraging data analytics (Power BI) to inform decisions. The role includes building retailer partnerships, managing inventory and store campaigns, participating in training programs, and contributing to ongoing leadership development opportunities within a fast-paced consumer-goods environment. Requires a valid US driver's license, personal vehicle, ability to travel, and availability for nights/weekends; relocation assistance is available for suitable opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
- Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state
- Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation
- Ability to travel to/ from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, etc.
- Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead, ascending/descending ladders, and lifting heavy tools up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work nights and weekends – weekends will be required at different points throughout the year
- MS Office proficiency
- Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets depending on business needs
- Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities
